This 265 hectare hill country property which runs adjacent to State Highway 3 and the Awakino River but has its frontage to the Taumatamaire Road on its north western boundary is a partially milled forestry property.

With a proportion of it already milled over the past two years and with the balance currently being milled, this provides a new owner with the opportunity to replant the land as a staged process.

Approximately 65 hectares is native bush leaving around 200 hectares plantable. Access into and around the property is excellent with the already formed tracks and with more being put in place.
