Having been with Collective First National since 2019 but worked in the Property Management industry since 2011 I have seen shifts in the rental market and legislation changes over the last 15 years throughout Taranaki which have in turn enabled me to provide experience and knowledge to assist owners Manage their investments and grow their rental portfolios.
The role of the Property Manager has become vital to ensuring your property is compliant and maximizing the full financial potential that investing in property can offer. It is an exciting industry but not for the faint hearted but one that I am passionate about.

Over the many years I have been in the industry I have been exposed to all sorts of experiences that are vital to a Property Managers growth and also holding a National Certificate in Property Management I can share this knowledge and experience with my clients. I love working with people so meeting new clients and sharing the excitement with new investors coming into our Collective Investment family is one of the best parts of my job.

Along with my industry knowledge I am a grounded empathetic person with lots of life experiences gained from living abroad in the UK for 3 years and travelling around the world to wonderful and unique places such as Africa and Indonesia. Originally from Adelaide Australia I have been residing in Hawera for the past 21 years. This has given me a sound knowledge of the Taranaki region with my current Management portfolio spanning from Hawera through to New Plymouth.
