Clive is excited to Join the team at First National Colllective as Sales Manager at the New Plymouth office. He began his real estate career over 30 years ago with First National in Dunedin, so this new position is a perfect fit!

A full-time fully committed sales professional, Clive brings knowledge, integrity, skill and a huge track record to bear in his work for his clients. In addition, Clive is now committed to assisting, developing and growing the sales team at First National CollectiveNew Plymouth, as a part of the Taranaki-wide Mills Gibbon & Co First National Collectivegroup.

Clive brings to the job full AREINZ qualifications and extensive experience in selling farms, residential, lifestyle blocks, beachfront property, luxury apartments, commercial – you name it Clive has sold it! Auctions, Tenders, By Negotiation, Private Treaty – Clive has a full understanding and vast experience working with all types of property sales in New Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

Born and raised in New Plymouth Clive attended Massey and Otago Universities, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978. Since then extramural Massey University studies have included Land Economics and an A pass in Applied Valuation in 2009. In 2012 he added Auctioneer to his credentials and skill set.
